The location of this hotel was absolutely amazing! We were just a short walk away from all the main attractions, restaurants, and bars. It made exploring the city so convenient and fun. Plus, there was a supermarket right across the street, which was so handy for grabbing snacks and drinks.
the bathroom had a terrible smell, possibly coming from the washing machine.

It was right in the center of the city, just outside the historic center. We were able to walk to the main square in only a few minutes, which was so convenient. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They even provided a takeaway breakfast for us when we had an early morning tour booked. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The hotel also offered a taxi service that was always on time and provided a mini tour of the city during the ride.

It was lovely place to stay. Fairly clean hotel, services were great and location was unbeatable close to Old Town. Cosy rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds, bathroom was clean. Breakfast was GORGEOUS, lots of food, everybody can choose.

This hotel is in the perfect location, right beside the Centre and just a 2-minute walk to the old town. It's so convenient for exploring all the attractions in Krakow. The staff are welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with any inquiries and provide travel info. The rooms are well-kept and comfortable, with comfy beds and even a mirror in the bedrooms. Breakfast is also a highlight, with a good menu choice and delicious food. And the best part? It's excellent value for money!

The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even arranging a tour in two different languages. The location was great and the apartment was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. The helpfulness of the staff extended to menu changes and arranging reliable transportation.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location was perfect, very close to the center and the main tourist areas in this city. It was just a short walk away from the main square, which was very convenient. The hotel facilities were great, with a lift to the floor and a balcony in our room. We also appreciated the cleanliness and the friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. Transportation was easy as there were many stations of public transportation nearby.

Great choice for a stay in the city center! We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the hotel, just a short walk away from the main square. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with fresh flowers and complimentary drinks. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. Despite a minor inconvenience with the noise from the courtyard, we enjoyed a quiet night's sleep. we had a lovely stay at Voyage City Apartments and would recommend it to others.
